GRIEVANCE CELL

The Grievance Redressal Cell at Patna College of Pharmacy has been established to provide a transparent and responsive mechanism for addressing the concerns and complaints of students, faculty, and staff. The cell aims to maintain a fair, safe, and inclusive academic environment.

Objectives:
  • To ensure a hassle-free and prompt resolution of grievances raised by students and staff.
  • To maintain confidentiality and fairness while resolving issues.
  • To promote an atmosphere of trust, discipline, and academic excellence.
  • To prevent unfair practices or discrimination of any kind on campus.
Scope of Grievances:
  • Academic concerns (evaluation, attendance, exam-related queries)
  • Administrative issues (facilities, library, hostel, transport)
  • Harassment, misconduct, or misbehavior complaints
  • Any form of unfair treatment or student-teacher conflict
Procedure:

Students and staff can submit their grievances in written form or via the official grievance submission box available on campus. For urgent matters, complaints may also be submitted via email to the designated Grievance Officer.

The cell meets periodically to review complaints and ensure that appropriate action is taken while maintaining full confidentiality and fairness.
